Boston Lincolnshire

Hiya!

Me and my other half have been looking for properties in lincolnshire and we have seen some really nice places in Boston, but have been reading lots of stories about how dangerous it is...one news article mentioned it as "murder capital of europe" but other articles say its nice..so totally confused.
Does anybody know Boston well and is it an ok place to live? to give some perspective we lived in Croydon before :)
