Baiter Park, Poole?

Hi I was hoping to find some mnetters from Poole as there is a particular area of town which seems very good value for its location. I am hoping to move down that way in the next few years to be by the sea and don't have a big budget so the area seems to tick several boxes. I was wondering if there's a catch and if anyone could give an honest opinion on that part of town - it's called Baiter Park and is by Poole Harbour and has a little beach too. Schools won't be an issue as my DC will have left school by that time, thanks in advance

Baiter is fine. Very close to the sea. Only downside is all the flats/houses are a bit boxy - tiny gardens and everything is on top of each other. Brilliant for getting to other places though and you can't beat it for living both by the sea but also Poole Park
