Living in Congleton

Hi Congoers :) We are considering buying a house right on Lawton Street in the town centre opposite Reubens restaurant but it is SOOO hard to know how noisy that street will be at night. It is 1 way only at that point and very narrow so difficult for cars to go over 20/30 MPH but we currently live in a very quiet village and we are really struggling to assess how much the potential noise might affect us. Does anyone have any insider knowledge of that part of town? Many thanks
