I really need help in organising this if anyone can help... I want to do a big Cuban/ Salsa Style Family Fun Day in May 2008, and need people to donate time and/or equipment to make it a great success.
Any ideas would be welcome. I have some ideas and have approached some people already, waiting for replies. It's just tough doing this single handed.
Anyone who has a small entertainment business perhaps (bouncy castle, hog roast, kiddies fair rides etc) who in exchange for helping a good cause, will get publicity through The Daily Echo who will be covering the event on the day.
Depending on how big I can make this, governs what size of venue I need. Ideally I should do this in a field or similar!
I have already been told I can hold a fundraiser at Hamble Club. But if this is to be a big event, I'll do a pub quiz there and look further into other venues.
Plz check HERE for all info on the Challenge I am fundraising for...

It's a life challenge, for a great cause
Julz xx
thanx

There's a hog roast company who are at Sunnyfields Market every Saturday, might be worth a try.

Hi again.. I am having some t-shirts made up and am asking local businesses buy space by way of sponsorship. So if anyone knows anyone who would be keen please let me know. I have thought perhaps £50 for each business added. Cheap advertising for them as I will be wearing these for training both in and out of the gym for the next year and helps out a good cause supporting me.

Try Nicks Restaurant in east Street as they seem to do a lot of advertising on local radio.

In fact all hose companies that advertise on the "new" Radio Hampshire might be worth contacting.

Sorry not feeling very inspired tonight!!

Hi Julz, I just used your easyfundraising.com link to start up one for my pre-school so hopefully some commission will come your way too.
