Driving lessons on a track near Glasgow

I am learning to drive, it makes me very anxious, particularly when I need to drive fast -- anything over 26 mph brings me out in a cold sweat.
I am very scared of other drivers and what they could do.
I was looking online at 'Young Driver' courses (under 17) that are held on racing tracks. I am not a 'young driver' (I'm 46!), but I was wondering does anyone know of anything similar for older drivers?
What I would really like is to be able to drive around a track (so I don't have to worry about other drivers and hazards like I would if I was on a public road) and get my speed up and get used to driving at speed in a (relatively) safe environment. I'd also like to have an instructor with me and do it in a dual control car.
Does such a thing exist anywhere near Glasgow?

The one near me (SE England) is marketed at young drivers but actually anyone of any age can book, have you asked them if they’ll take you?

Thanks, I'll give them a ring and ask
