Pregnant - NCT, First Aid, Hynobithing BECKENHAM

Hello!

I'm currently pregnant and looking for the best courses in Beckenham.

I'd like to do an Antenatal course that has first aid within the course. I'd also like to do a hypnobithing course....

Can anyone shed some light on the best places to go in Beckenham? I'm so confused on where to even start!!!
