Spare room in Guildford for 17 yr old in term-time from Sept 2019?

Hello. My son will only just be 17 in September when he will be going into his second year of a Diploma in Music Production at the Academy for Contemporary Music in Guildford. He has been living with a family near Guildford for his first year but they will need their spare room next year and will not be able to have him for the second year. He will be too young to get student accommodation or a regular house-share. I'm looking for a family in or within a 30 minute public transport commute from central Guildford who would have a spare room during term-time for the school year from September 2019 and would like to have him. My son is friendly, thoughtful, quiet and has grown in maturity this past year as he's a long way from home. We live in Paris. He's bilingual English-French and plays guitar. Any ideas ?
