Stolen Rose Gold Wedding Band

Hi,
My wife's deceased mother's wedding ring has been stolen from home (presumably by workmen) in January/February of this year (2019). Also taken was a gold chain. Both items were replaced by the thief with cheap imitations. The wedding ring has enormous sentimental value for my wife and I'm trying to recover it as it is irreplaceable if not worth an awful lot.
If you are offered the ring or have any knowledge of a rose gold ring being sold/pawned earlier this year in the region of Nottingham, I'd appreciate it if you could reply to me directly or this thread or inform the police so it could be traced back to us.
Information leading to the recovery of the ring will be rewarded.
