We are planning on moving to St Albans soon. Need a primary and a secondary school for my 2 kids. Looking for reviews of New Greens area please. We are hoping that Garden Fields and STAGs will be good options for our kids. There are mixed reviews about the New Greens area. Would like to hear some first hand reviews from people living there or nearby. New Greens has a lot of council housing. Does it matter? The house prices seem a bit more affordable than other parts of St Albans, but really not sure if there is any downside to living there.. Thanks very much in advance if you could please share your honest insight!
