Hi netters,

Wondering if anyone lives in Highams Hill area and could tell me a bit about it? Bit worried as just got an offer accepted on a great house and ever since people have been telling me how rough it is. Loads of knife crime/all crime.

Is it a case of it being a bit rough now, but being so close of Walthamstow and Black horse road in 5 years it'll be a bit nicer?

Feeling a bit anxious about it but not a huge amount online!
