Pilates/Yoga for mums and babies

I am looking for class in the watford area, that does yoga or pilates for mums and babies. Also any exercise classes which include babies would be great to.

I already go to buggyrobics which is good.

There's a baby yoga class about to start in Mill End that still has a few spaces. There are different levels.

I went to a demonstration she did and it was great. B really enjoyed it and slept for AGES afterwards!! Bonus!! Also, Steph is really nice which always helps.
