A new term of Mum and Baby Pilates starts on the Harringay Ladder on 16th April.
Come along to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth,
strengthen your pelvic floor, safely target and strengthen your abdominal and other central muscles, stretching and relaxing your shoulders and chest to relieve any tension in this area.
As well as benefits to your body, Pilates’ focus on concentration and breathing can also help you relax (sometimes rare in early days of motherhood!). All in a relaxing environment with other new Mum's and maybe even head off together for a coffee afterwards!!
Classes run Mondays at 9.45am for 55 minutes, £50 for the term from 16th April (no class bank holiday Monday).
