New Well Woman Yoga Therapy Class in Durham

Hi, Im new to this group, so I hope this is ok to post, Im beginning a new Well Woman Yoga Therapy Class in Durham and I think it might be of interest to mums here, thankyou.

YOGA CLASSES
STUDIO12, LANGLEYMOOR
My name is Jo and I'm really looking forward to
beginning 2 new yoga classes
at Studio12, on
Monday 16th April.
5.40-7pm Yoga for Life
Meditation, movement and
yoga to restore balance and
energise.
£8per class.
7.20-9.20pm Well Woman Yoga Therapy
Yoga for women's health and vitality. A nourishing
and restorative class for women.
£12per class.
I trained as an Iyengar teacher 20 years ago and more
recently as a Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher with Uma
Dinsmore Tuli. I practice meditation in varying forms and
have trained as an Energy Healer with the Healing Trust.
These all influence my classes along with the inspiring
teachers I have worked with along the way. I look forward
to sharing this work with you.
Both classes are suitable for all abilities and will run in 6week
blocks. There is a maximum of 10 people per class so please book
your place. If cost is an issue please contact me and we'll discuss
possibilities.
