Prenatal Yoga Starting in Walton-on-Thames

Hi ladies,

I hope you're all well! I just wanted to put a note out that I'm starting a prenatal yoga class in Walton-on-Thames on Saturday mornings.

Classes will start on Saturday 7th April 9.30am-10.45am at the Methodist Church on Terrace Road. Drop-in rate is £15 per class, or £12 if you purchase a 5-pack. All equipment is provided and there is some parking both on-site and in nearby roads.

No prior yoga experience s necessary and this can a great, safe way to stay strong, supple and relaxed during your pregnancy.
