Pregnancy massage / good mobile therapists

Hi all
I am going on my future sister in law’s hen do in April and have managed to time it very well with being heavily pregnant! I can’t do a prosecco bike or go karting () so was hoping to treat myself to a massage or something nice while the rest of the girls go out.
There are four of us Preggos so I was wondering whether you could recommend somewhere central-ish for a good massage or bit of beauty therapy. Or even better a mobile therapist who would come and treat us all to a half hour of something while we relaxed in the apartment and waited for the girls to get back.
We are staying one donegall quay if that’s in anyway helpful! It’s my first time there so have no idea about geography.
