FREE EVENT- TEDDY BEAR HOSPITAL @ WESTON PARK MUSEUM 17TH FEB

It's almost here!! Bring your kids down to Weston Park Museum between 10am and 4pm on 17th Feb for a FREE, fun and educational event run by students from the University of Sheffield!

Children can take their favourite teddy to have a one-to-one consultation with a teddy bear doctor, followed by many interactive sessions where children will be able to look at x- rays, a Teddy MRI, use stethoscopes to listen to their hearts, learn how to call 999, and get their teddy bandaged.

Teddy Bear Hospital is a great way to get children thinking about their health and reduce any anxiety they may have about going to the doctor. Children will also have the opportunity to learn about healthy eating, hygiene and exercise through fun interactive workshops led by student doctors.

The session is aimed for children aged 3 – 8, but everyone is welcome. Don’t forget to bring your favourite teddy!
