Hi everybody,
At the Livingstone Street Community Centre we run a range of activities for babies, toddlers and children that you may be interested in.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3.30pm we have a kids club for children 6+, we do board games, dance, drama, watch films and we have an outside area when it isn't too cold.

Tuesday from 1.45 - 2.45 we have a Baby Dance group, this one has to be booked as there's limited spaces, but it's really fun we do easy dance-moves together, and it's a great way to bond and is actually very good for brain development and spatial awareness. This is good for babies from 6mths and toddlers too. Call Lisa to book on 07532705513.

Wednesday is a FREE baby group, you just turn up and it's from 12.30 - 3. If you're a bit shy and looking to meet other mums, then this a good place to start, we can also tell you more about other baby groups there if you're thinking about it. We have lots of toys for your little ones to play with whilst you're there, tea/coffee and a microwave too so you can bring your lunch if you want to.

Thursday is HummingBees from 12.30 - 2.30. You don't have to book but it is £2.50 entry. This is a music and rhyme group aimed at babies but all are welcome. There's lots of instruments for them to play with, and develop those all important motor skills. It's a very laid back group, and no musical ability is required it's just a bit of fun and having a play.

Friday is our popular Sensory Play group, from 11.30 - 1.30, this is also £2.50 and we have two rooms. One large hall with lots of sensory toys and lights and space to run around, and then a smaller more private room which you may prefer if you're a bit nervous or want a quieter experience.

Saturday we have occasional Pamper & Play sessions where you can get various treatments whilst your little ones play. This costs £1 and is from 12.30 - 3.30. The session is run by Lisa of Relaxed Baybees so you can check on her Facebook for the next session www.facebook.com/beewirral.

We are a short walk from Birkenhead Park train station, situated at 130 St Anne Street, do pop in, give us a call 0151 647 7587 or email info@beewirral.co.uk if you want any more information.

We'd also like to make you aware of our food co-op too which is also in the centre, this is £3 (suggested donation) for a bag of food. You don't need a referral, as it is a co-op, and no questions asked, so if you need it then do take advantage of it. Please let anyone you think could benefit from it know too, thank you smile

Thank you for your time and hopefully we will see some new faces soon! smile

Best Wishes,

BEE Wirral

If there are any dad's here or grandads/uncles/older brothers, we have a brand new group called Dad Dancing which is about bonding with your baby by dancing.

If anybody is interested it is £20 for a 5 week course. It is on Saturday starting on the 20th from 12pm - 1pm. Give Lisa a call if you want more information or would like to book on 07532705513.

It is a lot of fun and a bit of a laugh so don't worry, no dance ability required! Just bring along your baby from 6mths and toddlers, meet other dads, and let's have a laugh.

Please share with any dad's you may know that might be interested! Thank you! smile
