Help
Can anyone reccomend One shop .....like a ladies boutique .... where I can go to find an outfit for my work Christmas night out ?
Seriously do not have the time or inclination to go shopping in the city centre . Like silverburn but it's too far

Does anyone remember Moon in ruthven lane : they had clothes I used to just love ( all very expensive ) ..... but sales were good value

Like brands such as fenn Wright and mason and max Mara

Love well made unusual designs

But Never got on well with shopping online as I am an alkward shape ( size 12 , but dresses do not suit me )

What I think I would find the easiest is an old fashioned kind of boutique where you have s choice of different brands . The kind you usually see in rural market towns

Does anyone know of anything that fits the bill ???

Live in inverclyde

Happy to travel to Glasgow or outskirts

Many thanks

John Lewis is your best bet.

@mogm20, where in Milngavie? (In relation to M&S or Waitrose!)

Abientot sounds right up your street. There's on in Clarkston and one in Newton Mearns and it's a mixture of upmarket brands in an independent shop.

If you're over that way there's also the upmarket second hand shop ReDress at Williamwood station that only deals with good quality designer/upmarket brands. I've had a few absolute steals from there.

Amazing-was that a bientot? Its a wee gem of a shop. Saves me from traipsing into town and they're good at putting a look together

Oh Redress is fab too. Everyone seems to miss it on that stretch of shops!

Glad you found something easily. Hope you get a dry night for your night out!
