Has anyone gotten a place from the BGS 'waiting list' after narrowly missing out on one of the 12 spaces for year 3? DD is 1st or 2nd on the reserves list after the recent assessments (apparently) and they seem to suggest this means we can expect good news in the next few weeks but I'm struggling to believe it will happen! Alternatively, has anyone been offered a space bt declined it and come back or a later assessment at year 5 or 7? (Or indeed, chosen another school?)

I haven’t got experience, but friends have for year 5, so stay hopeful!

Thanks Sidney - she got in (heard just before the Christmas holidays!) so it was right to stay hopeful! Now we can relax a little.....until November 2018 when our son goes through the same process!
