Infant observation - volunteer mother and newborn needed

Hello mums and mums to be,

As part of my training in working with children and families at the Tavistock Clinic, one aspect involves observing a mother and her baby over the course of the first two years of life. This part of the course is designed to help us learn about the baby's development and the emergence of personality from birth until the age of two.

I am looking for a pregnant mother or a family with a newborn baby who may be willing to volunteer to take part in these infant observation sessions. Sessions would take place at a day and time convenient for the volunteers and the observation takes place in the home so no travelling is required. Parents invariably find the experience of weekly observations to be supportive.
