Driving instructor recommendation

BordersMumNow123 · 04/10/2017 16:12

I moved to the borders recently, but can't drive.

I had a few driving lessons before, about 8.

But I really can't live a decent life here - not able to drive, stuck at home with the kids when my partner is at work! We live quite rural too and no bus.

I have been searching for an instructor but both the ones recommended to me are full and aren't taking on any more students. I am unsure who else would be good? I don't have much confidence in my driving, but i'm desperate to get on the road.

Can anyone recommend an instructor, in Selkirk area or there-abouts.

Many thanks!

I heard he's not good for Nervous drivers by another Mum at a baby group, and everyone has recommended Alan but he is full.

Have you used Bobby/know someone that has?

I can find loads of instructors online but not sure which ones are good. Personal recommendations are always good

P.s I am not in Selkirk, but it's probably the closest town. But an instructor from Gala might work too
