Good morning ladies.
I am looking for a yoga instructor in berkhampsted or nearby. I have never done yoga but want someone who teaches for spiritual and health reasons. Would prefer 2 sessions per week in the evening around 8pm or mornings at 7am. Any recommendations? Thanks.
