Nurseries in Chiswick

Hi all!

My husband and I are about to move to Chiswick with our 9-month-old daughter Carmen. This is going to be her first nursery so you can imagine how terrified I am!
Could you please let me know your suggestions about the best nurseries? I've been reading about Tic Toc, Buttercup, Devonshire Nursery and Maggie and Rose, although Maggie and Rose does not have an "outstanding" rating in Ofsted, so that would be my last choice. Any thoughts on those?

Thanks!

Hello,

I'm living in the area and I have also started to look at a nursery for my baby. Did you find a good one?

Thanks!

I've heard good things about them all, though I can't advise.
From age 2, I can't recommend enough Riverside Community day nursery and Our Lady Queen of Peace, both in Chiswick.

When your DD is age 3 and gets her free placement at state nursery (9am-midday daily/15 hrs per week), Cavendish primary school in W4 has an excellent nursery. Next door to it is Riverside Community Day Nursery, which is a private nursery. They pick up the kids from
Cavendish at midday, give them a hot lunch and offer care until 6pm. I use both Cavendish and Riverside and I am delighted. DS loves both nurseries.

Hi,

I’m facing the same question for my 20 month old. Which nursery did you end up going for, and are you happy?

Anyone else that could perhaps share their experience with the nurseries mentioned?
