Recommendations - local womens physio for prolapse?

Can anyone recommend a good womens health physio in Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston etc.?. I have been diagnosed with prolapse and am too anxious ato wait for my gp referral to come through. So I am looking for a specialist physio to do a detailed examination. Ideally someone who is kind, professional and patient and happy to answer a long list of questions about exercise and sex. If you have any recommendations, please let me know - any help would be very much appreciated!

The White Hart Clinic in Barnes is the place to go! Do pm me if you want to discuss more?

Once you've had your medical treatment I really recommend this course. Kate's fantastic and specialises in pelvic floor fitness. It made a massive difference to me - and I'm not an ambassador, just a fan!

She may also be able to refer you to a physio as she works in this field.

Another vote for Kate Smart - definitely the right person. Another fan.

Yep - Kate and her classes are amazing. My GP referral came through very quickly and the women's health physio that I saw at Teddington Memorial was brilliant and thorough.

Sorry, just realised I hadn't replied yet to thank you for your recommendations! I ended up signing up with the White Hart clinic, which had also been recommended to me by a couple of other people. The physio who had been recommended to me most highly (Helen) has left, but I have been seeing one of her colleagues (Sophie) who has also been brilliant. She has given me a some exercises to do at home, but I'll probably give the group classes a go too.

So thank you everyone for your reply, very much appreciated!
