Currently going through a divorce and want to buy my husband out of the house but having complications due to my name not currently being on the mortgage. The divorce is pretty amicable but we need some good legal advice around mortgage / equity options. Can anyone recommend a good conveyancing and divorce solicitor in the Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire area?

I can recommend Ben Stubbins at Shacklocks in Belper as a divorce solicitor, they do conveyancing too.
