Hi All,

I'm a fully qualified yoga teacher offering private pregnancy yoga as well as Postnatal yoga classes in the comfort of your own home. Either alone or in a group setting with the main focus being the mom's body (postnatal with babies in the room)

I'm also offering private group baby massage and baby yoga classes.

All classes are one price, regardless of how many of you attend.
