Does anyone with an education background want a job as my personal assistant?

Not sure if this is the right place to put this. I advertised last year for a care in the Camden news journal, and had over 100 replies, most of them were not what I was looking for. Also, I was overwhelmed in dealing with so many people calling.

I am severely visually impaired and have some additional difficulties, and I'm also trying to register either a small business or a charity In the UK. I really need a second person who can help me get the paperwork done, discuss ideas with, and do things like take me to view office spaces. I really would like to do some other things as well. I am extremely active and very curious, I love books, have traveled independently to places like India and Uganda, Will be attending to conferences later this month in the Hague and in Belgium. So I really need somebody who is fluent in English and also has a background with some skills that may help me to do what I need to do. The pay would be around 10 to 12 pounds per hour. I also love to read, just warning people. I am very much a bookworm.
