Welwyn Garden city Mums suffer with Anxiety

Hi Ladies.
New to Hertfordshire area and am struggling to make new friends even on the school run. Having Anxiety makes it so hard. I dread doing the school runs, I stand on my own whilst all other mums chat away in there circles. I just want to get out of there. I feel as though every one is looking or talking about it.
I try to smile or just say hi. My child started the school near end of summer term which I understand the other mums have know each other for longer. I just struggle with it so bad it really upsets me .
Is there any other mums going through same thing if so be great to chat.

I too have just moved to Welwyn garden city, 4 months ago. I haven't made any friends yet at my child's school. Some smile but I don't let it bother me. My son started yr 3. So all the mums have formed their groups and friends already.
Maybe invite one of your child's over for a play date or a trip to your local park. One of my sons friend mum did mention during the warm weather some mums go to the park after school for a picnic.
Don't let it get you down. Maybe give it a while for your child to make more friends and that usually helps making friends with their mums.

I Chat to a few mums up the school but not really made friends to go for coffee with or go out together
