Female part time Personal Care Assistant required to care for our beautiful 76 year old disabled mother in her Raynes Park home from 5pm to 9pm on Mondays and Fridays and/or 2:30pm-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays every third weekend. Occasional additional hours available. Main duties will include personal care, meal preparation and feeding, cleaning, shopping, accompanying to visits and appointments, providing companionship, completing care logs and carrying out activities as suggested by physiotherapist and dementia nurse.
Knowledge/experience of caring for the elderly essential.
Knowledge/experience of Dementia desirable.

The rate of pay will be £8.42 per hour. References will be sought for shortlisted candidates and successful applicants will be subject to full DBS check paid for by employer.
