Looking for a nanny and housekeeper in Ickenham- flexible if separate people or all in one!

Hi all, i am looking for a live out nanny/housekeeper who can come at 7:30 am to manage breakfast and take my girls to school and then come back and tidy up and if you are up for cooking and housekeeping and cleaning stay until needed and then collect the kids at 3:25 and do homework, take them to extra curriculum activities and cook healthy delicious dinner for the girls and if you are an avid cook for everyone! The key is that you are reliable, organised and have plenty of initiative. This would be ideal for a mum who has teenage kids but doesn't want a full time job. I am a mum myself, work full time so I am flexible and ask for flexibility in return. We are a busy family with 2 girls (10 and 6) so there is much to help the girls to be independent rather than do things for them. I am juggling a busy job with travel and my husband works and studies in the evenings so we need someone who is an extension to our family and understands the demands of juggling work and kids :-).
