Bristol single parents meet up

Hi all

My name is Sarah and I am a single Mummy to a 7 year old boy and 4 month old girl.
I am organising a regular weekend meet up for Single Mums and Dads in and around the Bristol area. It can be tough to meet other parents & children when you are single, plus for those of us who work it's not possible to go to the usual toddler groups etc as they are normally on a week day.
If you would like to join us for the first meet up, it's on Sunday 22nd May at 11.30 at Brandon Hill Park (just off Park Street in Bristol). All are welcome - the plan is to have a picnic and the kids can play whist the parents can have a chat.

I haven't been on mn for aaaaages so I'm not quite sure of the form anymore!

My dd is 11 and off to seniors soon, whilst I think I may have (just) missed this picnic, are there still other picnics being arranged?
