appeal against school place

I am after any advice and if anyone has won?

My eldest went to our local school, my second child could not get in and got offered a school 1mile away,(went to appeal and lost) we tried to do two schools runs but it didn't work so moved my eldest. When applying for my youngest I applied on time for the school my other 2 go to, they offered me local school instead. How can I win this appeal? HELP
