Catchment area for Oak Farm School, Hillingdon

Thinking about primary schools as our son turns two soon. This website says we are in the catchment area for Oak Farm Infant School in 2015:

which I believe is a good school.
I just wanted to know your opinion on whether we will make the cut (the school is 0.3 miles away) and any other good schools around the area before we make an offer on this house. Can't get through to the school as they're on half term.

Also, would be grateful for recommendations on nurseries and toddler groups and just any local stuff you think we should know about. 😊

Sorry, should have said we are considering moving to Hillingdon and like a house around sweetcroft road / holm grove.
