New Essex meet-ups! Billericay & Wickford

I am now set up as a meet up coordinator for Wickford and Billericay, I will add event details the meet up pages for Essex regularly.

Meet-ups will vary from coffee get togethers (bumps and babies welcome too!) to play dates.

Hi,

I have a 10 month old daughter and am likely to be moving to Billericay next month. I'm completely new to the area (and to mumsnet!) so I'd love to come along and meet some other mums, to keep me sane! Just a quick note to say hello - I'll keep an eye on the events page. If anyone has recommendations of good groups to go to with a nearly 1year old, that would be great too.

You might want to double check with the Children's centre in Billericay, but there is/was a fab group called TiMe which all new mums were invited to. I know a lot of long lasting friends were made there. My DCs are older now and we've moved, but it was still running a couple of months ago.

Hi,
I'm not sure if this post is still being monitored, or if you're still doing meet-ups in Billericay? We moved here recently, have an 8 year old boy and a 3 year old girl and we'd love to make some new local friends.
I wondered if anyone out there has room in their lives for some new friends?
