Moving house - any advice on Buckingham and villages to the east

We are moving and I want to look at the area around Buckingham. I would really appreciate any information about Buckingham, and the villages within the areas between Bletchley, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes. We have a daughter who will be nursery age in a year and I am keen not to move again once we have started her at school. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to help out with this.

I don't live there but when my wife an i go up around that part of Bucks we tend to stop in Winslow rather than Buckingham. We have considered moving there when we retire. A factor for me is that it will probably be getting a railway station soon as part of east west rail. Giving connections to Oxford or Miilton Keynes. Hope this is of some help.

Winslow is good. North Marston is very family friendly with lots going on. Waddesdon has the best secondary school if you cannot get into a grammar school. Winslow has a new free secondary school but it is not in the same ball park as the Royal Latin at Buckingham. Other villages and Buckjngham are fine but be careful of the secondary school catchment area. I would also check out which primary schools are good.
