Just a reminder...
Stockport MSLC's 'Hot Topic' for January will be antenatal and postnatal mental healthcare in Stockport. Our aim is to understand how well parents in Stockport are looked after during pregnancy and in the first year of their children's lives. Poynton Pandas (an organisation which offers support and advice for pre and postnatal depression)will also be discussing the possibility of setting up a Stockport Perinatal Mental Health Forum, which will bring together statutory services, voluntary organisations/charities and service users together to improve mental health support for parents.
Our meeting is on Thursday 14th January at 7.15-8.45pm in the Education Room, Women's Unit (ground floor), Stepping Hill Hospital, Hazel Grove, SK2 7JE.
If you have had a baby at Stepping Hill or use a Stockport based GP practice, Stockport Health Visitors or Stockport Community Midwives, or have an interest in perinatal mental health we would love you to be involved. Please like and share. All welcome!
