Recommendations for a good builder

Hi Everybody

I am looking to do a kitchen extension and I am looking for a reliable builder who will do a good job and won't rush the project.

Would you be able recommend someone you have worked with? Any suggestions gratefully received!

I'd ask around. We're having work done at the moment but I waited 9 months for the builder we wanted to be free. This has been a massive pain, but he's come recommended by 4 people I know. Two acquaintances of mine have had building work done in the meantime and have had no end of stress and trouble from their builders, so (at the moment!) I'm rather glad we waited.
