What really sets us apart from many other traditional pregnancy related programmes is that we work on those hidden muscles which are so key for birthing, but not usually tackled or even mentioned in a more traditional antenatal preparation classes. By learning to release and relax the psoas muscle, the piriformis and the hip flexors, our antenatal classes can help you become more open without having to squat or take the knees far apart. This is so important for mums-to-be who feel afraid, who find internal examinations challenging or who simply feel pain (perhaps due to SPD). Our muscle memory approach works to make birth instinctive - as it should be. Daisy has developed into our own active antenatal method, learning your antenatal education in a truly effective way - anchored to your breath, your body, your movement - exactly where you will need it on your baby's birthing day.
