How to help carers

Hi Havering Mums, We're working with carers in Havering to do some research around ways we could support carers. We're trying to speak to people who might be taking care of their elderly or disabled relatives about what kind of help they might want from the council and community, and what we might be able to do about it.

If anyone wants to volunteer, I'd love to have a chat with them over the phone or on email. You (or any carers you might pass this on to) can give me a quick ring or email. It would be lovely to work with people in Havering on this project
