- Closing date for entry will be 4 June 2015 at midday. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The prize for the winner of the competition is as follows:
•Two ‘Family Ticket’ for Chestertons Polo in the Park on Sunday 7th June 2015. A ‘Family Ticket’ contains two adult tickets and two children.
•An exclusive viewing for the competitions winners (4 adults and 4 children) of the pony lines and to meet some of the players on Sunday 7th June at Hurlingham Park at a time to be confirmed by the organisers. This will be with other competition winners.
•The total prize value is £140
•A ticket provides entry into Hurlingham Park throughout the day
- Travel, accommodation or any other expenses occurred are not part of the prize and will not be covered by Sportgate or Chestertons Polo in the Park.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any circumstances outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified within 24 hours after the closing date.
10. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
