Special education support for ASD in Stalybridge primary schools

Hi there. We are a family moving back to Stalybridge from abroad, and we need some advice about special education support in primary schools in Stalybridge. Our son was diagnosed with ASD (Aspergers syndrome) in the summer and he will be going into year 6 at one of the primary schools in Stalybridge in September. We would love to hear about which schools have good provision for children with ASD so that we can apply for the most appropriate one.
