Important: Council funding for Leisure and Culture

Time to have our say on Leisure and Culture services in the borough. Redbridge Council is trying to figure out how to fill £70 million gap in funding and Leisure and Culture are "non-statutory," so expect heavy cuts here. An unapologetic plea from me and my family to fight for libraries and the music service. Please read the wording of the questions very carefully -- they are loaded!
