Baby groups - Thorpe Bay / Southend on Sea area

Hi all

I'm about to move from Kent to Southend as baby number 2 is due in early March and we've decided to relocate near my parents.

Can anyone recommend good baby groups that I could attend, to get to know other new mums and provide a good excuse to get out of the house with a newborn.
