We've tried Kingsmead in Canterbury and the Stour Centre in Ashford - both were so cold! The kids were fine and I'm sure we'd be fine if we were swimming lengths but both trips we had to force the kids out of the pool because the grown ups were cold and miserable! I called The Stour Centre and they said the pool was 32 degrees but NO WAY was it. Maidstone? Folkestone? The kids love swimming, at our old house we were a short walk from a pretty basic pool but at least the kids pool was warm! I feel bad for not taking them but I'm just miserable when I'm cold :/

Larkfield has reputation for being warm but I haven't been in a couple of years.

I was going to say lark field too and the last couple of times I've been to Strood it's been fairly warm.
