New Year, New You?

Well as we are now mid way through January I was just wondering how people are doing with the new health and fitness regimes that so many of us start with good intentions each New Year. Personally I had all good intentions to eat healthy and exercise more but 2 weeks in and my interest is already disappearing and the bad habits creeping back in. Does anyone know of any local fitness classes that are not full of muscle bulging Lycra clad gorgeous people where newbies can go without feeling self conscious. It would also be great if anyone had any tasty healthy recipes that are good for all the family and don't cost the earth.
