Hi there I am not sure if I am in the right place for this so if offending and sensibilities please forgive me. I am a life/business coach who started a website development business after my daughter was 3 and now need help.

Is there any advice on how to find someone such as below?

I am looking for someone who is a quick study, uber organised and good at writing. Not James Joyce writing, more like JK Rowling writing but non fiction. Will probably be an avid reader (of whatever) and a person who loves to talk (because the type of writing is more like having a conversation and not much more). No experience at all is needed and happy to teach you all you need to know. You must be truly fluent in English.

To start and train, the pay will be awful and I am not joking. I can’t afford to spend money to try someone else out because I have wasted too much money on people who don’t work out :( I am really sorry about this part

The good news is I have built a pretty successful business and have a nice list of clients. I am looking for a mum who is interested in helping me build the SEO/ website creation / social media part of my business. The other good news is I am a mum (daughter 6 years) and so love the idea of helping a mum to find flexible work during school hours.

I am pretty busy with managing clients and designing the websites I develop and I hope to train someone to the point of management for this area of my business. There is no upper limit here as eventually you will manage others who will write as well.

I have two full time developers and a few part-time writers but need someone who will coordinate everything and organise me and this area of my business. So some kind of admin type person might be awesome.

Ideally I want someone who has their own laptop and can work during school hours at my house the first 2 weeks of training is £4 cash in hand per hour for 25 hours. The third week if it goes that far is £5 per hour and after that we can see how useful you are and start to work out real pay. This will probably be a percentage of accounts you manage. If you are not in Waltham Forest and need to work from home and have Skype then I am not adverse to this. Though ideally I want someone very near to London for other reasons that I will explain when you get the job.

I am not kidding when I say there is no upper limit as I hope that eventually I find someone who can be like a junior partner and help run this sort of business. You will need to be freelance so will be responsible for your own taxes NI etc.

I will need to really get on with this person and they need to prove their interest in really growing this part of the business. They need to be fairly clever picking things up and very organised but other than that no other skills or experience needed.

I am an old compulsive/ obsessive /manic / depressive before it became cool and renamed bi-polar (thanks stephen fry)
I love systems to organise and will follow it but need help to make it a habit. I am a bit of a horder (not in my flat so don’t be frightened) of information and need someone to help me sort it all on computer.

I am loyal, friendly and love to have fun/chat but I am a bit anal about having some things done a certain way. That being said if you ever have a better idea (and most people do as I am not that clever) then I love being told and will be an early adopter.

If I haven’t scared you off and want to chat and see how it goes then let me know.

That's less than minimum wage, I don't think you will find many takers!
