Hi, My PIL live in Salford Priors near Bidford and are having a really sad, difficult time looking after MIL's mother, who has terminal cancer and has moved in with them. They need to find a care service that can come into their home and give assistance, but they are very wary of letting strangers in and don't know who to trust. Does anyone have any experience with a care service they can recommend locally? A recommendation would give them some peace of mind as they go through their search.

We live in Portsmouth so don't know of anyone to ask, and apparently neither FIL nor MIL have heard of any care services that neighbours or friends can recommend.
