The next Stockport MSLC (Maternity Services Liason Committee) meeting is fast approaching! Our 'Hot Topic' for September is Maternal Mental Health. Do women receive the support they need during pregnancy and as new parents? Are women aware of mental health problems that can arise after birth? Do new mothers know where to seek help and how to access the information they need? We would really like to hear about your experiences and your suggestions for improving Maternity Services in your area. We will also cover agenda items unrelated to the Hot Topic.
Our next meeting is on Wednesday 10 September at 7.15-8.45pm in the Education Room in the Women's Unit (ground floor). It would be fantastic to see you there!
