Schools in West Drayton

Hi All,
Hope I am posting in the correct place. I live in NW London at the moment, but my husband got a job in Reading and we are thinking to move west where we can both commute - him to Reading and me to Bloomsbury. We are looking at Iver, Langley and West Drayton as they will all be on the cross rail in a few years which will be very handy for my work.
According to Ofsted virtually all schools in those areas 'need improvement' which is so depressing. Anyone have any experience of primary schools around there, state or independent?
