Home Birth in Stockport - Have Your Say!(1 Post)
This month, the main focus of the MSLC (Maternity Services Liason Committee) meeting will be home birth in Stockport. We will explore how parents are involved in choosing their baby's place of birth and ask if parents feel supported in their choices. We will also ask if parents are given all the information necessary to make informed decisions before and during their home birth.
All parents or parents-to-be are welcome to come along and share their views and experiences of maternity care. We'd also like your ideas and suggestions for helping to improve Maternity Services in the future. During the meeting we will also be discussing other agenda items unrelated to home birth.
Our next meeting is on Tuesday 1 July at 7.15-8.45pm in the Education Room in the Women's Unit (ground floor). All meetings start at 7:15 pm and end at around 8:45 pm. Our regular venue is the ground floor education room, Women's Unit at Stepping Hill Hospital.
It would be fantastic to see you there!
